The DML Grinding Mill is a new type of product independently developed and produced by Dabo Pump (Shandong Dabo Pump Science and Technology Co., Ltd.). It has obtained national invention patents and utility model patents, and is suitable for slurry grinding in autoclaved aerated concrete and calcium silicate board industries, and waste material grinding processes. Its unique structural design addresses issues of tearing and scratching during the product cutting process. It can also be used for the grinding and recycling of waste materials after steam curing, achieving goals of improved product appearance quality, energy conservation, and emission reduction. The DML abrasive mill can serve dual purposes, achieving a high grinding fineness (96% pass rate at 20 mesh). This equipment offers excellent grinding and crushing effects, with advantages of reasonable structure, easy operation, and energy savings. The grinding effect can be flexibly adjusted by modifying the gap between the abrasive wheels. The abrasive wheels, which are made of wear-resistant materials, ensure longer service life, effective grinding performance, and easy replacement.
