Mr. Robert Turski自 2020 年以来担任欧洲加气混凝土协会(EAACA)的主席，同时他还是Xella Polska公司的首席执行官。

Mr. Robert Turski has served as President of the European Aerated Concrete Association (EAACA) since 2020 and is also CEO of Xella Polska.

企业方面，他负责公司管理、公司发展以及波兰市场和整个东北欧的销售增长。他还负责在Xella Group中启动和实施新的数字解决方案，包括Building Companion计划。他在创新项目领域拥有丰富的经验。

On the corporate side, he is responsible for company management, company development and sales growth in the Polish market and throughout North East Europe. He is also responsible for launching and implementing new digital solutions within the Xella Group, including the Building Companion program. He has extensive experience in the field of innovative projects.

协会方面，EAACA成立于1988年，包括100多个生产基地，每年生产超过1600万立方米的加气混凝土制品。该协会未来几年面临的最大挑战是与脱碳和城市转型相关的结构性任务，而Mr. Robert Turski正是这方面的专家。

Founded in 1988, the EAACA represents over 100 production sites producing more than 16 million cubic meters of AAC a year.  The biggest challenges facing the Association in the years ahead are the structural tasks associated with decarbonization and urban transformation. In fact, Mr. Robert Turski is an expert in this area.

In the 43rd CACC conference, we solemnly invite Mr. Robert Turski to give us a speech on recarbonation of AAC, which not only allows us to learn the advanced low-carbon technology in the autoclaved aerated concrete manufacturing industry in European countries, but also allows us to have a deeper understanding of this important market.
