7日上午，开幕式正式拉开帷幕。中国AAC协会秘书长张思成与印度AAC协会技术联合主席Sidharth Bansal分别致辞，指出中印AAC行业发展现状、技术难点与未来合作方向，强调本次交流会对推动两国行业经验互鉴、技术共享的重要意义，为全天交流奠定专业、务实的基调。开幕式由协会韦雨晨主持。

上午9:00，交流会进入“生产工艺及过程控制”主题专场，由姜勇、王儇共同主持。现场聚焦三大核心议题：一是生产工艺控制与过程管理的实操方法，分享标准化生产流程与质量管控技巧；二是工艺节能及余热回收利用技术，结合实际案例讲解降本增效路径；三是常见问题及指标管控策略，针对生产中易出现的质量波动、能耗超标等问题提供解决方案。

At 9:00 AM, The Inaugural Sino-India AAC Technology Workshop proceeded to the thematic session on "Production Process and Control," jointly chaired by Jiang Yong and Wang Xuan. The session focused on three core topics: firstly, practical methods for production process control and management, sharing standardized production workflows and quality control techniques; secondly, process energy-saving and waste heat recovery technologies, explaining pathways for cost reduction and efficiency improvement with practical cases; thirdly, strategies for addressing common issues and indicator control, providing solutions for common production problems such as quality fluctuations and excessive energy consumption.

此后，协会副秘书长姜勇还特邀大博泵业、杭州威卡、金马热能等技术伙伴，结合其各自领域内的生动应用案例，为与会嘉宾深入剖析了生产实践中设备匹配、热能优化等典型难题的解决方案。

Following this, Association Deputy Secretary-General Jiang Yong invited technical partners from Dabo Pump, Hangzhou Microcard, and Jinma Thermal Energy to share vivid application cases from their respective fields. They provided in-depth analysis on solving typical challenges in production practice, such as equipment matching and thermal energy optimization.

互动交流与现场答疑环节，参会代表结合企业生产实际提出疑问，与会专家逐一细致解答，现场氛围热烈，问题针对性与解决方案实用性获得嘉宾一致认可。

Subsequently, the interactive exchange and live Q&A session began. 下午14:00，“加气混凝土砌块应用技术”专场拉开帷幕，苏宇峰、蔡科担任主持人。专场内容紧扣应用端需求：首先解读蒸压加气混凝土制品的材料特性及其在建筑工程中的适配场景，帮助参会者深化对产品优势的认知；其次重点分析蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体裂缝的成因与防治技术，提供从设计到施工的全流程解决方案；最后通过实际应用案例分享，直观展示AAC产品在不同建筑项目中的落地效果与经验总结。

At 14:00 in the afternoon, the session on "Aerated Concrete Block Application Technology" commenced, chaired by Su Yufeng and Cai Ke. The content closely addressed application-end demands: firstly, interpreting the material characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete products and their suitable scenarios in construction engineering, helping participants deepen their understanding of product advantages; secondly, focusing on analyzing the causes and prevention techniques for cracks in walls built with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, providing comprehensive solutions from design to construction; finally, sharing practical application cases to visually demonstrate the implementation effects and lessons learned of AAC products in various construction projects.

之后，第二轮互动交流与现场答疑环节开启，嘉宾们针对AAC产品应用中的施工难点、适配场景拓展等问题提问，专家团队结合国内外实践经验给出专业建议。
