With over 15 years of leadership experience in the building materials industry, Andrey Bashkatov has built a distinguished career driving international growth, operational excellence, and innovation across multiple markets, but specifically in AAC.

Working for Xella for over 11 years, he currently serves as Director of License and Export Business at Xella Group, European leader of Wall solutions - where he oversees global operations across all continents in regions including China, Turkey, India, the United States, Mexico, South Africa, Australia and Central Asia. In this role, he leads and spreads Xella’s worldwide network of license partners, supporting global AAC projects through engineering, technical, commercial, and strategic guidance.

Sidharth Bansal is co-founder and executive director at Magicrete. He did his B. Tech. from IIT Delhi and PGDM from IIM Lucknow. He has worked with prestigious firms like McKinsey in the past. He is also the recipient of multiple awards including Tata Business Leadership Award and serves as technical co-chair of IAACPA.

Ojas Joshi is the Co-Founder of AAC India Institute. He works closely with AAC manufacturers across India to strengthen plant systems, train teams, and align operations to measurable productivity. Ojas completed his MSc in International Business Management in Germany and, after returning to India in November 2024, founded AAC India Institute with a vision to create a stronger, collaborative AAC community through training, consulting, events, and the AAC India Journal.
