Working for Xella for over 11 years, he currently serves as Director of License and Export Business at Xella Group, European leader of Wall solutions - where he oversees global operations across all continents in regions including China, Turkey, India, the United States, Mexico, South Africa, Australia and Central Asia. In this role, he leads and spreads Xella’s worldwide network of license partners, supporting global AAC projects through engineering, technical, commercial, and strategic guidance. At the CACC conference, Mr. Andrey will deliver a keynote speech titled "Global Development of the AAC Industry".

Previously, Andrey held senior executive positions within Xella, including CEO of Xella Russia, where he successfully managed anti-crisis projects, large-scale digital transformations and supply-chain optimization. He also led the company’s digital transformation, introducing the Building Companion online platform — a nationwide digital marketplace connecting homeowners with certified construction companies.

Before joining Xella, Andrey spent several years at LafargeHolcim (Holcim / Lafarge) in progressive roles, from Head of Marketing to Sales Director, where he developed national sales strategies, managed major infrastructure clients, and implemented digital and CRM. His career began at Glaverbel (AGC Flat Glass), where he gained foundational experience in product management, market analysis, and technical sales.
